Our Journey
From Dream to Reality
PT. Indonesia Telekomunikasi Teknologi first started its Telecommunications business in 2019.
2019 (Establish)
The first project was to serve GOJEK request to translate/mask the original mobile number of calls between passengers and drivers.
2020
IT-TEK started its Internet business (ISP) in Cilegon under the name Indonesia Net, now serves retail customers in 3 cities (iHome), business customers in 7 buildings/areas (iMax), Bumdes customers in 1 village (iDesa) and BUMD customers in the Literacy Park (iWifi).
2021
The starting point for IT-TEK to run the Telecommunications core business through several subsidiaries, including:
1. PT. Indonesia Fiber Teknologi (Fiber-G)
2. PT. Indonesia Layanan Telekomunikasi (eTalk)
3. PT. Indonesia Net Teknologi (I-NET)
4. Indonesia Smart Teknologi (iSmart)
2022
Focus on development in the Telecommunications side with the support of eTalk as a telephony service provider, Indonesia Net as an Internet service provider, Fiber-G as an infrastructure provider and Indonesia Smart as a digital division that includes the company ecosystem as well as a support system vendor for various service providers.
2023
Starting to expand wider, IT-TEK provides services for Indonesia Net and Etalk, serving many large companies such as MAP Aktif and Boga Makmur. Meanwhile, Indonesia Smart focuses on being a vendor for digital support within companies.
2024
IT-TEK is developing the services any wider from its subsidiary, Indonesia Smart, which initiated the creation of several Smart Apps that intended to serve a platform for the community ecosystem. in the other side Indonesia Net, Fiber-G, and Etalk have grown to have numerous corporate customers with extensive reach in malls, buildings, and other areas.
2025
Its subsidiary, eTalk, created an application to support Umrah and Hajj activities easier, which called aise an app to simplify the religious activities. Indonesia Net itself provides numerous bandwidth-on-demand services, and IT-TEK will focus on expanding and maintaining service stability, with the principle of effective and efficient service for users.
